Under the fish name & price on the shop tanks, is a colour scheme we have created to help guide you to a suitable fish for your tank.

       these fish are easy to keep and will all live together. Plus are ideal to start with. 

       these fish may be harder to keep, or require different a environment. Alternatively some species can grow quite large or may be aggressive to certain fish. It may be wise to ask our staff for advice before purchasing.

       these fish are more specialised. This means that they need to be either kept on their own or with the same species.
